Handmade hardwood cutting board.
End grain boards are made from laminated ¾” squares. This particular construction allows knives to go between fibers instead of across them. Additionally, end grain surfaces are 10x harder than side grain surfaces. These two features make end grain boards hard-wearing with less visible knife marks.
Finished with an organic food safe oil.
